The direct debits are set-up and collected by Stripe. When you set up your direct debit you will be transferred to Stripe to put in your details. We '50p Direct Debit' do not store or have access to your bank details. Stripe uses strong encryption to keep all your details safe. Yes. You can cancel at any time online here. Or through your bank either online, via their app or by phone and you are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. If for any reason you are unable to cancel via the online cancellation form or via your bank, you can contact us at [email protected].

It can take 5 business days from when you've signed up for the direct debit to when it appears in your transactions. Do not start any account switch until you have confirmed that the direct debit has been successfully set up.

Once the direct debit has been successfully created all subsequent payments will be taken from the setup date.
